What do you do to keep fit?

            I think it is important to get enough sleep.  Every night, I go to bed early.  I sleep about seven hours a night.  I also eat fruits and vegetables every day.  I never drink soda and I never eat candy or junk food.

            Exercise is a great way to keep fit.  I do yoga every morning and I always do fifty push ups.  I live on a mountain, so I sometimes go hiking after I get home from work.  I sometimes play tennis with my neighbor at the tennis courts near my apartment.

  1. I think it is essental to eat breakfast. Every morning, I eat breakfast.
    It makes me wake up early in the morning. It gives me a few time to do push ups. It also gives me so much nutriment.

    To get regular habit is very important to keep fit. I always do push ups at 7 in the morning. It make me healty and muscular. It is also helpful to get brilliant brain.
    In my opinion,. That two behaviors are very significant to keep fit.

  2. As we know that water is an essential composition of our body.
    I always drink water,and it keeps my fit very well.
    I think it has as immense effects as a cure-all.
    To keep fit, I also do a simple stretch in every morning.
    With the result that, my brain can be agile.

  3. Maybe it is import to exercise every evening. when I go to the health club, I do push ups and weight lifting. sometimes I go running in playground.
    I always drink 7 glass of water per day. Water function is released waste in body, so water is help to keep fit. I always eat it with vegetables.

  4. In my opinion, the most important rule seems lifestyles. As a certain amount of time to sleep on the habit of a certain time, you can live through the stable. In fact, I'm going to bed time and wake-up time and place with roommates decided to go watch it. Thus, the beginning and the end of the day schedule was able to reduce the fatigue of the body. In addition, regular exercise is also important for me to try. I am three times a week to finish badminton. This exercise will help to maintain the health receives a lot.

  5. It is important to intake essential nutrients and healthy food. Also it is important to do not eat instant food and fatty food. I try to avoid the unhealthy food. But I often fail. I love hiking. I sometimes go hiking with parents. I also do push ups in my spare time. I do push ups some. But I often do. Wring out the sweat is good to health. Sweat remove bodily waste. Sadly I don't sweat well. I sometimes run schoolyard with my older brother at night. I often play catch with my friends. Catch is funny exercise. Drinking water so much is good to health. I try to eat healthy food and many exercise to keep fit.

  6. I think it is important to exercise and drink water so I go to gym fourtimes a week. in the gym, I do runing machine usually and after exercise I drink enough water. I always take water bottle, in order to drink everywhere.

    To think positively is also important. When I take bad news, for example I have over class, I think that "wow! I can take more class for no charge". Maybe someone think that is ridiculous, but to think positively is helpful our body because that is reduce our stress.

  8. First, I think exercise is best way to keep fit. My body needs balance.
    I do weight-lifting and running machine at the sowool dormitory's gym everyday.
    After I exercise, I feel fresh and healthy.
    Second, I think sleep is important also. In the sleepy day, I feel exhausted and have a no appetite. Therefore, Enough sleep is necessary.

  10. I think it`s important to exercise everyday. I do push ups everyday and play soccer once a week. When I exercise, I feel so healthy and happy.
    Also I think it`s important to eat the food. In fact, I want to eat fruits but That`s impossible. I drink water enough, and I almost never eat drink.

  11. I usually wake up about 8am. Even tough I sleep late, I wake up that time. So, I think sleeping early is important.
    I like mountain. So, I go hiking twice a month. After hiking I feel better than usual.

  12. I think it is important to eat nutritious meals. If we don't eat nutritious meals, we will be fat or malnutrition. I eat meals regularly and I try to eat nutritious meals.
    Also, Exercise is good way to keep fit. I go hiking once a month and I do push-ups every night before go to bed.

  13. I strive to reduce stress because i think it affects health in bad way.
    A method that i use to reduce stress is to take a positive attitude. I think a positive attitude means living everyday to its fullest . As a reault, the stress will be reduced.
    So i make a conscious effort to have a positive attitude.

  14. I think it is important to drink enough water. I always drink a lot of water anytime. Water has many good components on healthy. I never eat chocolate or drink soda because It is not good for health.
    Usually I play soccer with my friends on soccer field. It is also good for health and great way to keep it. Sometimes I go to gymnastics after I finished my homework. Exercise make me feel good.

  15. I think it is important to get enough sleep but I can't sleep early. I usually go to bed at 1A.M and sleep about seven hours a night. Also Eating fruits and vegetables is important but I eat them a little.
    Exercise is great way to keep fit. I do push ups and sit ups to keep fit. I do 80 push ups and 60 sit ups 4 times a week. Also I sometimes play table tennis with my friends.

  16. How I do to keep fit is extreme exercise at least twice a week.
    I think that extreme exercise is sweating my body.
    For example, I do Taekwondo or Foot Valleyball at least twice a week.
    so my body is so healthy.
    and after do these sports, I feel many multiple happiness.

  17. I think it is important to exercise and rest after hard training. I do 100 push ups and 30 squat everyday. I go soul gym every night at 11 p.m. Also rest is very important. The muscular movement of the muscles hurt. For this reason, in the middle of the day, it's a good idea to have a rest.
